How Silent Protocol handles account, Discord bot, dashboard, subscription, and payment-related information.
Last updated: June 26, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Silent Protocol collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, Discord bot services, dashboard, subscriptions, checkout, and related digital services.
By using Silent Protocol, you acknowledge the practices described here. Your use of the services is also governed by our Terms of Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, information generated when you use the services, and limited information received from connected platforms and service providers. The exact information depends on the features you use.
- Account and contact details, such as name, username, email address, and phone number when required for checkout or support.
- Authentication and session information, including login events, session identifiers, linked provider identifiers, and security settings.
- Technical and operational information, such as request metadata, device or browser details, IP-derived security information, error logs, and service activity needed for reliability and abuse prevention.
- Information you submit through support, bug report, recovery, configuration, or account-management features.
3. Discord Bot Data
To operate Silent Protocol Discord bot features, we may process Discord user IDs, server or guild IDs, usernames and display names, channel and role identifiers, bot configuration, permission context, command activity, moderation or interaction state, and other Discord data required for the feature you invoke.
Some features use temporary or persistent state to complete commands, restore service after restart, enforce limits, display rankings, or support moderation and automation workflows. We aim to process only the data reasonably needed for those functions.
4. Dashboard and Account Data
Dashboard and account features may process your account email, profile information, login and session data, linked Discord or OAuth identifiers, selected server, configuration choices, subscription status, plan access, security settings, support requests, and account activity.
We use this information to authenticate you, show the correct account and subscription state, execute authorized dashboard actions, protect accounts, and provide customer support.
5. Subscription and Payment Data
When you start or complete checkout, Silent Protocol may store customer name, account and checkout email, phone number, selected product and billing period, amount, currency, internal order ID, invoice ID or number, payment provider, provider transaction or session reference, payment URL, payment status, and relevant creation, update, payment, invoice, and fulfillment timestamps.
We may also retain a sanitized subset of payment notification data, such as status, transaction reference, session reference, amount, and timestamps, to verify orders, prevent duplicate fulfillment, resolve disputes, and provide billing support.
When you upgrade an active subscription, we also process subscription timing and value information — such as your current plan, the amount paid for it, the subscription start and expiry, and the time remaining — to calculate the prorated credit applied to the upgrade, determine any remaining amount due, and prevent abuse or duplicate credit.
If you set a default payment method in your dashboard, we store only your chosen payment method type (for example card, bank transfer, or e-wallet) as a preference to streamline checkout. We do not store card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials for this preference; those are entered on iPaymu's hosted page when you pay.
6. iPaymu and External Payment Processing
Silent Protocol currently uses iPaymu's hosted payment gateway for supported checkout transactions and may use another external provider if made available. Checkout payment credentials are entered and processed on the provider's systems, not in Silent Protocol's browser code.
Silent Protocol does not directly store full card numbers, bank account credentials, payment PINs, or other full sensitive payment credentials handled by iPaymu. We receive and store the limited order and transaction metadata described above so we can confirm payment, generate invoices, activate subscriptions, and provide support.
Information submitted to iPaymu is processed under iPaymu's own terms and privacy practices. You should review those policies before completing payment. Payment method availability, verification, settlement, expiration, and provider-side retention are controlled by the payment provider.
7. How We Use Information
We use information only for legitimate service operations, security, support, and improvement activities connected to Silent Protocol.
- Provide, configure, and maintain the website, dashboard, Discord bot services, subscriptions, and integrations.
- Authenticate accounts, maintain sessions, enforce permissions, and protect users and services.
- Create and verify orders, issue invoices, activate paid access, and prevent duplicate fulfillment or fraud.
- Respond to support, refund review, recovery, security, and troubleshooting requests.
- Monitor reliability, investigate errors or abuse, enforce service rules, and improve features.
- Send transactional, security, service, or policy notices where appropriate.
8. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We may share information with service providers only as reasonably needed to operate Silent Protocol. These providers may include Discord, iPaymu, hosting and infrastructure vendors, authentication providers, email or communication services, analytics providers, and security tools.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse or fraud, or as part of a service transfer or restructuring where appropriate safeguards apply. We do not claim that third-party services follow this Privacy Policy; their own policies govern their processing.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account and subscription records, issue and verify invoices, protect security, investigate abuse, resolve support or payment issues, and meet applicable operational or legal obligations.
Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. We may keep limited records after account access ends when needed for billing history, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, backups, or legal obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed rather than guaranteed to be fully automated or immediate.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, server-side secret handling, session controls, input validation, limited payment notification storage, and operational monitoring. No system or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting your account and Discord credentials, reviewing active sessions, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
11. User Choices
You may update supported profile and security settings through the dashboard, disconnect supported integrations, manage cookie preferences where available, cancel future subscription access according to plan terms, and contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of account information.
Some information may need to be retained for billing, security, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or applicable legal obligations. Removing Discord permissions or leaving a server may limit bot functionality but may not automatically remove every existing operational record.
12. Children's Privacy
Silent Protocol is not intended for children below Discord's minimum age or the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children who are not permitted to use the services. Contact us if you believe an ineligible child has provided information.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, payment providers, data practices, security controls, or legal obligations change. The last-updated date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, dashboard, email, or another appropriate service channel.
14. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. For general account, subscription, payment, or service support, contact [email protected]. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or order, but never send passwords, full payment credentials, payment PINs, or API secrets.

Use the privacy address for data questions and the team address for general account, subscription, payment, or service support.
