Terms of Service
Terms governing access to Silent Protocol bot services, the dashboard, subscriptions, payments, and connected third-party services.
Last updated: June 26, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Silent Protocol's website, Discord bot services, dashboard, digital services, automation tools, subscriptions, and related features. By using the services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on this page.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements and any minimum age required by applicable law. You are responsible for your account credentials, sessions, connected Discord account, and all activity performed through your account.
You must provide accurate account, contact, Discord server, and payment information and promptly update information that changes. Do not share passwords, session credentials, API keys, or bot tokens.
3. Description of Service
Silent Protocol provides digital services that may include Discord bot features, moderation and automation tools, utilities, music and interactive features, dashboard access, account management, service configuration, and subscription-related functionality.
Available features, limits, support, and access periods vary by plan and may change as the service evolves. The website, dashboard, and current plan descriptions are the primary sources for available service details.
4. Discord Bot and Dashboard Usage
You may use Silent Protocol bot services and the dashboard only for servers, accounts, and resources you are authorized to manage. Dashboard actions may cause the bot to perform actions in Discord, so you must review selected servers, channels, roles, members, and settings before submitting an action.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access controls for your Silent Protocol and Discord accounts and for removing access from people who should no longer manage your server.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans provide time-limited access to the features listed for the selected plan. Prices, currency, billing periods, and applicable discounts are shown at checkout. Silent Protocol determines the payable amount from its server-side plan catalog and does not rely on an amount supplied by your browser.
Subscription access is activated after a payment is confirmed and the order is fulfilled. Activation may not be immediate when payment verification, settlement, or provider notification is pending. Unpaid, expired, cancelled, reversed, or disputed orders may not provide active access.
Paid plans are prepaid for a fixed term selected at checkout (for example 1, 3, 12, 24, or 48 months) and are billed in full and up front in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Longer terms may include a multi-month discount reflected in the total shown at checkout. Access stays active for the purchased term and ends when the term expires unless a new payment extends it.
If you upgrade to a higher plan while a paid subscription is still active, the unused value of your current subscription is automatically prorated and applied as credit toward the upgrade. The credit is based on the amount paid for your current term and the time remaining in it, and you pay only the remaining difference for the new plan. Selecting the same plan tier is treated as a renewal that extends your term, and downgrades to a lower tier are not available through upgrade checkout.
When the prorated credit covers the full price of the upgrade (so any remaining difference falls below the minimum charge supported by the payment provider), the upgrade is activated immediately using that credit without a new payment. Upgrade credit is applied only to the upgrade at checkout; it is not paid out as cash, transferred, or refunded, and subscriptions that have been refunded, cancelled, or reversed are not eligible for upgrade credit.
You can set a default payment method in your dashboard. This records only your preferred payment method type to streamline checkout; it does not store card or bank details and does not by itself authorize any charge. Payment is still completed on iPaymu's hosted page, where the actual payment method and details are selected and entered.
6. iPaymu and Third-Party Payment Processing
Checkout payments may be processed through iPaymu or another payment provider available at the time of purchase. Silent Protocol creates the order on its server and redirects you to the provider's hosted payment experience. The provider processes the selected payment method and sends transaction status information back to Silent Protocol.
Silent Protocol does not directly store full card numbers, bank credentials, PINs, or other full sensitive payment credentials handled on iPaymu's hosted payment pages. We may store limited order and transaction metadata needed to verify payment, issue invoices, activate access, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and provide support.
Payment approval, settlement, expiration, cancellation, verification timing, and payment method availability may depend on iPaymu or the selected provider. When completing payment, you are also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy and are not automatically approved. For active subscriptions, cancellation affects future access according to the applicable plan terms. If recurring billing becomes available for a plan, cancellation stops future billing where supported but does not automatically refund past payments.
8. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing plan details, configuring your Discord server correctly, keeping your contact and payment references accurate, and ensuring that your use of the services complies with applicable law, Discord rules, and the rules of communities you manage.
9. Bot Permissions and Server Configuration
Features may require specific Discord permissions, enabled intents or integrations, suitable channel access, and correct role hierarchy. You are responsible for granting only the permissions needed and placing the bot role appropriately. Silent Protocol is not responsible for failures caused by user-side permission or server configuration errors.
10. Service Availability
Silent Protocol does not promise uninterrupted or 100% uptime. Availability or performance may be affected by planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, hosting or network issues, Discord API incidents, payment gateway issues, third-party outages, rate limits, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may temporarily limit, suspend, or modify features to protect users, restore service, perform maintenance, respond to legal obligations, or prevent abuse.
The public Status page may show process indicators such as SilentCore A-E. If a process is degraded, under maintenance, or unavailable, related bot, dashboard, automation, subscription, or payment features may be temporarily affected.
11. Prohibited Activities
You must not use Silent Protocol to harm people, communities, systems, or services, or to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
- Harassing, threatening, scamming, spamming, or facilitating abusive behavior.
- Attempting unauthorized access, credential theft, vulnerability exploitation, malware delivery, or service disruption.
- Bypassing plan limits, rate limits, permission checks, security controls, or payment requirements.
- Using the bot for unlawful content or activity, or in a way that violates Discord's rules.
- Copying, reselling, reverse engineering, or redistributing Silent Protocol software or branding without permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
12. Third-Party Services
Silent Protocol depends on third-party services and APIs, including Discord, iPaymu, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, authentication, and communication providers. Their availability, rules, data practices, and technical decisions are outside our direct control and may affect Silent Protocol features.
Your use of third-party services is also governed by their own terms and policies. References to third-party names or services do not imply ownership, sponsorship, or endorsement.
13. Intellectual Property, Brand, and Trademarks
The Silent Protocol name, logo, website, dashboard, Discord bot, software, designs, text, and other materials are owned by Silent Protocol or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. © 2026 Silent Protocol. All rights reserved.
“Silent Protocol” and the Silent Protocol logo are trademarks of Silent Protocol. You may not use the Silent Protocol name, logo, or branding without prior written permission, except for nominative references permitted by applicable law. All other product names, logos, and brands referenced are the property of their respective owners.
Subject to these Terms and an active plan where required, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for your own community. This does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights in Silent Protocol to you.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Silent Protocol is provided on an as-available basis. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from service interruptions, third-party failures, user configuration errors, unauthorized account access, lost data, or use of the services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited. You should maintain appropriate backups, access controls, and independent records for information important to your community or business.
15. Changes to the Service
We may add, modify, limit, replace, or discontinue features, plans, integrations, or supported platforms. When practical, we will provide notice of material changes through the website, dashboard, status page, email, or another appropriate service channel.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes to the services, payment flow, legal requirements, security practices, or third-party dependencies. The updated date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
17. Contact
For questions about these Terms of Service, your account, subscriptions, or service access, contact [email protected]. Include enough information to identify your account or order, but never send passwords, payment PINs, full card details, or API secrets.
